Mondays 6-7pm at ClearWind Farm


Join yoga instructor and massage therapist Ruth Newnam for a warming slow flow for balance and ease through transitions, matched with restorative postures for recovery. Our facilities can support outdoor classes with at least 6 feet of social distancing, making live group classes possible. Stay after class to walk the property and enjoy the fields, pond, and general good vibes on the farm.

Please bring your own mats and props.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga class – Every Tuesday and Saturday!

Breathe fresh air, be grounded on the earth, feel the sunlight on your skin, and be inspired by nature.  (This class is indoor/outdoor depending on the weather.)

Every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30pm

Every Saturday at 11am-12 noon 


This vinyasa yoga class thoughtfully connects movement with breath in a progressive sequence that opens the body, nourishes the nervous system, and calms the mind. Practicing yoga outside fosters our connection with nature, our ability to be light-hearted and adaptable, as well as our fellowship with one another.  This hour-long class is best for those familiar with yoga. Asana, pranayama, and meditation will be included in each class.   Please bring your own mat and props if you have them.   We have some available on site if needed.
