Feeling Herd : CoEd Empowerment Series

Saturdays from 1-3 pm; May 8th, 15th, 22nd
$275 per person

This 3 week workshop (2 hours per session/week), is an exploration of self-attunement, empowered relationship to others, and creating the space for resonance and self-care. How horses interact with us in teaching and supportive ways is all about their instincts. Using a variety of activities, we will create unique opportunities in a safe and positive environment, allowing participants to gain powerful insights from their horse partners, giving them deeper presence, self attunement, and self trust.

Week 1: Horse Whispering 101

A peek into the horses’ world. You’ll spend time on observation and basics of communication and relationship building with a “join up” exercise with an individual horse.

Week 2: Connecting to Self & Others

You’ll work in pairs for grooming as well as playful team challenge activities with the horses.

Week 3: Power of Connection

You’ll explore and discover ways to play with energy, intention and embodiment with the horses.
